Service Policy

CUI established early on that service would be a top priority. Every effort is made to respond to general service calls on the day the call is received, and all calls are responded to with in 24 hours. Emergency service calls are responded to immediately (24/7), with a two-hour on site guarantee provided by CUI. This is a guarantee CUI can stand behind due to the fact they standardized on the COMDIAL product line many years ago. Having one major product line permits us to stock items and concentrate our training and efforts on one product line. Our technicians all go through factory training and certification assuring customer's quality cost affective service. When possible technicians are assigned to accounts to insure consistent service. In the event the assigned technician is not available, documentation is left on site to insure the secondary technician will have knowledge of the system setup.
